		<description>i just saw this and thought i&#039;d mention that in some (first-world) countries (like France), would you believe they still hand-write their papers? in university too. when i was studying there, we&#039;d type up our papers, revise, and then hand-write them before we turned them in because we just couldn&#039;t think that way.</description>
