		<description>I got a pro-rated raise at 6months that lasted for 6 months (until the normal performance review cycle) and then got the rest once the review period was over.  But then I had the whole amount for the next year.  Unfortunately, mine was different because I started near the start of the cycle.  I&#039;m still trying to figure out if what they did to you is fair - I think they should give you another raise in 3 months so that you&#039;ll be on track until the cycle finishes.</description>
